Account Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your BidWave account and associated personal data by contacting our support team.
Please send the request from the email address used to create your BidWave account, or include your registered BidWave email address in the message.
What to Include
- Your registered BidWave email address
- Subject: Delete BidWave Account
- Optional: Reason for deleting your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete your BidWave account information and associated personal data, including your profile details and authentication account.
Some non-personal records, such as auction or bid history, may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal reasons. Where possible, personal identifiers will be removed or anonymized.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification.
